Terms of use

By using WORK IN EDO you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the marketplace honest and safe for everyone.

Last updated February 2026

Using the platform

WORK IN EDO is free to use at launch for job seekers and employers. You must give accurate information about yourself or your organisation and keep your account secure.

Job listings

Employers may only post genuine vacancies they are authorised to advertise. Every listing is reviewed before it is published. We may reject, edit or remove listings that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or that ask applicants for payment.

No payment for jobs

Asking a job seeker for money in exchange for a job, an interview or a shortlist place is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the platform.

Applications

Applying does not guarantee a response or a job. Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions and for treating applicants fairly and lawfully.

Prohibited conduct

Do not post false information, impersonate another person or organisation, harvest data from the platform, attempt to break its security, or use it to harass anyone.

Our role

WORK IN EDO is a marketplace, not an employer or recruitment agent. We review listings in good faith but we are not party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts, companies or listings that breach these terms or put users at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continuing to use WORK IN EDO after an update means you accept the revised terms.
